Qualified Electrician with 13 years experience of working in the field and Further Education as Technical support staff, building, installing and maintaining a range of installations from basic single-phase supplies to complex three-phase motor circuits, testing rigs and fault finding rigs to City & Guilds specifications.In June 2021, I joined Agility Communications taking on the Service Delivery Manager role to project manage and deploy communications technologies and solutions to our customers as well as managing our support desk and providing second and third line support.As a person who thrives on communication and meeting people, I have built a number of positive relationships with customers, partners and suppliers whilst successfully project managing and overseeing installations nationwide for our customers across a range of industries and site types.I have always taken pride in working to a high standard and this is proven by the regular positive feedback that we receive from our customers when attending their site to install a solution.A key role of every installation we undertake is delivering user and administrator platform training to our customers.The training is either delivered to groups of people at a time, to individuals at their workstations or remotely via Teams post-install.Training methods vary as they are very much dependent on the customer’s needs and preferred training structure.
