During my role, I led the management and growth of this PE platform company, more than doubling revenue and earnings.Prior to joining EWSG, I was a Director at ACM Capital Partners, a national restructuring firm that specializes in assisting middle-market companies in transition or distress. In these roles, I leveraged my experience and skills to lead difficult turnaround situations. Earlier, I was President & CEO of Alfred Angelo, formerly the US' largest vertically integrated designer, manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer in the bridal apparel industry. Prior to that, I was COO at For Eyes Optical, a $100MM+ retail optical provider with more than 125 stores, and a network of more than 150 eye care professionals, nationwide. Alfred Angelo, Inc., was one of the largest bridal apparel manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers in the world. With 62 company owned retail locations and distribution through more than 800 independent bridal shops in the US alone. In my role as CEO & President, I led the restructuring effort that generated over $3.0MM in annual cost savings, while also enhancing the new product pipeline. During this time, I was featured on an popular episode of CBS’ primetime series, Undercover Boss.Prior to becoming CEO & President, I served as Alfred Angelo’s Senior VP of Worldwide Sales, where I had responsibility for the company’s retail and wholesale businesses. In this role, I developed a new strategic sales plan, implemented Salesforce CRM and other technological upgrades, and generated 22 consecutive months of comp store retail sales growth. Our accessories sales initiatives generated a 50% increase in category performance in less than one year. I also led the strategic expansion of our wholesale business into new markets throughout the EU, expanding our sales volume and brand footprint dramatically.
