Here developed 60 hours worth of asynchronously delivered content that helps people uses competencies to create a start-up, charity or project to life. In the process I won £270K grant HEFCW to develop a GPT3 powered chat bot to help in its asynchronous delivery. September 2023 with colleagues from Swansea EdTech company CDSM we have acquired a further £50K of Innovate UK funding to further embed "ThinqiBot" an AI chatbot specialised in Enterprise Education into the university systems.

Here I am working with passionate colleagues to develop material and assets to deliver an Enterprise Course at PGCert Level 7 to students online. Here I am using my skills at developing digital assets and together with our friends and colleagues at Swansea University, we are hoping to bring a super innovative course.

At UWTSD I provide support and guidance using Microsoft Office 365, Google and open source applications and supporting the design and creation of digital learning resources and materials using a range of technologies to enhance teaching and learning.My courses are designed using a range of different technologies to create digital learning resources and experience of graphic/photographic packages, video editing, lecture capture software, eLearning authoring packages.I deliver lectures on Business subjects based on my MBA education and 40 years of entrepreneurial experience. I have created and delivered courses on Critical Thinking in the Workplace; Entrepreneurship and I am currrently the module coordinator for Digital Skills and Project Management. With my flair for creating memorable classes in virtual asset creation, in recent months I have created over 50 video shorts that I have embedded into the Moodle VLM as part of my asynchronous learning programme. These online sessions are then referred to in Blended Learning context for a flipped classroom delivery using Microsoft Teams.

I am the owner of a consultancy specialising in innovation and product design using the techniques I have learned in gamification and digital development based on 30 years in the Serious Games and video game and industries. I have created concepts and solutions for organizations as diverse as Arriva Trains and the NHS.Recently I have been working with the West Midlands Combined Authority as a mentor and coach on the Spark Program.

Here I directed the creation of digital products used by companies such as ASDA Walmart, Tesco, Marks & Spencer and Argos. I liaised with the CTO; production; support; sales and marketing teams to create and communicate a product vision and reported directly to the company’s executive board.

Here I specialised in the development of games-based applications for educational, industrial and military modelling scenarios, utilising techniques and technologies originating from the world of game development. Acting as Development Director, I managed the development of an array of innovative products developed in the UK and Singapore.

Here I acted here as an adviser and mentor for the management team of a publicly listed company.

At Slam Productions I directed a team of extremely talented and creative digital developers to make games on mobile phones and games consoles. I purchased game rights to TV shows like Family Fortunes and Who Wants to be a Millionaire and published completed titles with video game companies across the world. In 2010 the company was ranked the 96th most successful video game studio in the world by the independent magazine Develop 100.

At Aqua Pacific I was a pioneer in the work for hire business model. I directed the company to make a number of high profile award winning “serious games”. In 2005 this extremely prolific organization was ranked as the 97th most successful studio in the world by the Develop 100.

I gave direction to this independent games development company producing many of titles. I engineered the trade sale of this business as part of the Eidos PLC IPO made to the city of London Stock Exchange in 1995.

I was one of the first executives to be employed by the Codemasters video game company and was instrumental in amazing growth of the business. I was also responsible for the commission of a number of versions of Micro Machines and the initial versions of the Brian Lara Cricket franchise.
