As Talent Acquisition Manager my role is to introduce an in house talent acquisition function into our London Head Office to help support our continued expansion.

My focus was on directly sourcing top talent to join Amazon's speciality operations function. This included Prime Now, Amazon Fresh and Amazon Pantry across the UK and Southern Europe. The typical roles I recruited for were Operations Managers, Areas Managers, Project Managers, Supply Chain Managers to name a few.

Responsible for recruiting top talent within our head office functions including ecommerce, core buying and design functions across womenswear, menswear, home & beauty.

Working in an in house agency style recruitment environment. The aim of the department was to reduce agency cost through direct hires. I was responsible for various head office roles from entry to mid level roles. Including functions such as category management and merchandising.

Responsible for the whole retail management recruitment life cycle within the midlands region for internal and external candidates. Including retail management succession and new store openings.

Supported the Resourcing Advisor with management and colleague recruitment for new store openings.
