We are a leading clean energy consultancy with 80 advisors across 7 EU countries, four spin outs and equity investments in two other companies (all achieved since 2015). We are pioneering a new way of working – self-managed, employee owned, that delivers a better, more responsive service to our clients. My aim at Everoze is to support, challenge and champion energy sector pioneers and leaders, inside and outside of Everoze. I do so as a strategy consultant (leading the UK's offshore wind Supply Chain Capability Analysis), coach (in-house and external), entrepreneur (co-championing Skyray - 25 people and growing! - entering the EV market, etc), organisational developer (led 2 of Everoze’s strategy reviews, Chair of Development team, co-developed innovation framework) and colleague. Hat 2: I run my own coaching business. This supports, champions and challenges the crazy ones in any sector seeking to change our world for good. My clients are amazing!
