It was also during my time as a full-time producer that I co-founded the international film festival ‘Five Lamps Films’ and performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Comedy Festival.

Consulting all faculties and departments, I was commissioned on a fixed-term contract to revamp, present and roll out the University’s new Project Management Framework. The framework took the best principles of the PRINCE2 methodology and was designed to fit, compliment and work with the multiple projects carried out at the University- from academic research to construction and IT projects. My work was commended by the University’s Executive team and I was invited to stay on after my 3 month contract to manage a number of IT projects.

Employed on a fixed-term contact to assist with the roll-out of the University’s new e-Education platform, I was responsible for creating training guides, co-ordinating and delivering training sessions and the running of the user support desk.
