His expertise spans strategy, transformation, M&A, business turnarounds, start-ups, and business development. Paul is particularly interested in ESG matters, focusing on climate change and governance. At AMP, he was instrumental in the AMP Bank start-up across 3 countries, and launched the PriorityOne mortgage origination business. Paul played rugby for Randwick Rugby Club for 10 years, later coached the clubs under-19 team, and was an active surf patrol member and Vice President at Tamarama Surf Life Saving Club for over a decade. He remains engaged in community issues, recently establishing the Surry Hills North Committee.
