I've currently got a full plate and am not seeking opportunities at this time, but thanks for your interest!I am a consummate problem solver and have always thrived on the "Thrill of the chase" when it comes to tracking down the source of a problem in technical processes, whether finding out why a certain table in a database isn't updated as it should be, or determining why a team gets bogged down in technical details during grooming sessions.Over the course of my career I've enjoyed a variety of leadership and support roles in Software Development, but I've never been one to pursue titles or riches. I'm absolutely dedicated to the ideas of servant leadership, and craftsmanship, and find nothing more satisfying than working with a great team on a great project.
