I am an experienced team leader and project manager with over 20 years experience in the design, manufacture and regulation of medical devices. I have an open and honest management style and I believe in establishing a supportive and inclusive team environment, which enables people to play to their strengths. I have a strong systems engineering background, which enables me to quickly understand how products work and how the various sub-systems interact. I pride myself on being a self motivated and capable person who identifies problems, find solutions and implements them. This has enabled me to be an effective and successful team leader, project manager and regulatory assessor.I love the outdoors and I’m always up for an adventure! My profile pictures was taken just before I completed a one mile open water swim in Ullswater, the water temperature was 11 Celsius! The background photo is my sailing boat Zest, which I have extensively refitted including installation of a new solar electrical system, I love her!
