I Pioneered and created a new part of the global repo market in building the FIRST Client to Dealer RFQ repo platform and business. This development has had a significant impact on global liquidity and scaleability of bond financing and treasury funding. As a consultant for Tradeweb I designed the platform to fit within Tradeweb's architecture, sold the idea to the street, signed buy and sell side users to the platform and then enhanced functionality once the street came on board. This model has subsequently been followed as other platforms recognised same opportunity I pioneered in the D2C space.
