• Design and maintain the WAN wide storage of the four core sites on HP EVA’s. • Redesigned and implemented new backup systems with the structure of a six-hour window for backups and tape duplication to ensure same day offsite of all the companies’ data. Cutting the backup window down from 10 to 12 hours depending on site, and not getting duplicated tapes offsite same day.• Maintained the daily up time of 98% on 1000 back office servers, and operating systems including hardware.• Designed and implemented Disaster Recovery for company’s recovery process for each of the four core sites.

Managed five-person cross-functional technology team responsible for network operating systems in New England and Mid Atlantic region, Researched and installed server technologies, managed annual server upgrades, and provided escalation support for server problems. Determined best practices for network server operations and led initiatives to enhance standards and productivity. Designed training program for new team members and cultivated strong team culture.
