Key activities:- Reducing duplication of effort by ensuring learning assets can be repurposed- Conceiving self-paced courses, managing stakeholders and executing along MVP (minimal viable project) methodology for iterative delivery and to inform content with user metrics - Spearheading course certification process to convert participants to be brand ambassadorsCollaboration with: - Practitioners including technical and business analysts (BAs), QAs, SDETS, marketing and commercial team, and strategic stakeholders including CEO.Related systems/software competency: - JIRA, Confluence, Hubspot, Loom, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Riverside for podcasts, Opus for repurposing clips, Camtasia and audio/visual production tools, OBS for live including greenscreen, ChatGPT.

Each of these teaching roles is informed by my CELTA accredited training to enable me to creatively engage learners in achieving across the receptive skills of listening and reading but also the productive skills of writing and speaking. Other aspects include creating original authentics materials, grading the level of materials, employing eliciting techniques to reduce TTT, and depending on varying scenarios to offer immediate or delayed feedback. Finally I utilise online platforms and LMSs alongside in-person teaching.Below for each post I’ve outlined specific impact/achievements:Key achievements:- Benchmarked learning materials and placed students across 3 years groups and 5 ability levels- Collaborated with pedagogy department to extend use of Moodle LMS system

Key achievements: - Organised international day workshops for practicing Pecha Kucha presentation method- Fostered hybrid learning methods post-covid implemented as video, audio & written- Reduced the gap for students to plagiarise during online exams

Key achievements:- Initiated and rolled-out the school’s ‘Open Cultures’ curriculum across 5 regional campuses- Course materials are now used as good practice for showcasing the eLearning LMS capability- Actively recruited 400+ students to a Discord community called UpYourEnglish

Key achievements:- Increased IELTS and TOEIC attainment scores across year groups- Collaborated with innovation department to engage students with ‘fabrication lab’ facility- Introduced a low-stakes ‘debating club’ for students to have fun practicing with peers
