I am a Director in the Business Advisory division for our regional office at Ballarat.My background is in Agriculture, having grown up on a family farm and since joining RSM in 2002 I have made the Primary Production industry my principle area of focus. I have been fortunate to have great relationships with my clients and feel that my family background in family farming gives me a significant advantage in understanding my clients and having something in common with them.I have significant experience in meeting the needs of our rural client base and have worked on major projects for large farming families regarding estate planning, business succession, asset holding structures, business operating structures, risk mitigation, tax minimisation and capital gains tax.I have built a strong group of connections with like minded professional advisers and am able to facilitate significant and important change along with the management of ongoing client needs as required. I am actively involved in the local community, being an active board member for a number of not for profits and local sporting bodies. I also enjoy participating in local sport and look for opportunities to give back to these communities where possible. I am very approachable, live and work in the local community and understand the needs of businesses in our area.
