I am the CEO of Addiction Family Support, a fantastic charity that provides much needed support to people affected and bereaved by a loved one’s harmful use of alcohol, drugs, substances, or gambling. With more than 20 years of experience in the not for profit sector, I have a proven track record of leading and managing complex and diverse projects, teams, and partnerships, with a focus on youth development, health, and social issues.As the leader of AFS, I oversee the strategic direction, operational management, fundraising, communications, and governance of the organisation, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services and outcomes for our beneficiaries and stakeholders. I also chair The Skateboarding Foundation, a charity that I established to use learning to skateboard as a means to engage young people, especially those from disadvantaged or marginalised backgrounds, and promote their physical, mental, and social well-being. I am passionate about creating positive social impact and empowering people and communities through innovative and inclusive approaches.
