Key responsibility is to manage the delivery of all the projects we take on for our clients, managing all project elements including the staff resources, timelines, budgets and delivery of final outputs. I also project manage individual jobs, where I liaise with clients from initial brief to final delivery, making sure we are clear on their objectives and requirements, and that they are clear on how the project will unfold. I also liaise between all internal departments to ensure all stakeholders are in tune.A wider part of my role is to look at the operational performance of the agency as a whole, identifying areas to drive improvements and efficiencies.I also head up the event management side of the business with sole responsibility for management of all events, as well as looking after the events strategy for the business.

Consisted of 10 regional ceremonies and 1 UK Final with entertainment and celebrity presenters.- Responsible for client update meetings, delegate management, invitational process, database reports, financial reports and sponsor liaison.- Co-ordinated travel and accommodation for delegates and client.- Part of on-site team working with the client to produce the event from venue setup to post-event debrief.

A Government-funded agency that delivers over 500 conferences, training events and workshops in the education sector, for leaders, managers, teachers and trainers.Senior Events Co-ordinator (fixed-term contract): - Responsible for the management, co-ordination, planning, implementation and evaluation of high profile national events, with budgets up to £100k. - Managed a series of eight events up to 300 delegates in eight months, which I successfully delivered on time and within budget. - Headed planning meetings to create diverse and memorable events, oversaw involvement of internal departments, external suppliers and speakers and created and managed effective planning schedules and budgets.

Up to 150 delegates, with streaming and exhibitions.- Shared team management roles with the Head of Event Management to supervise a team of six, including work allocation, recruitment and issue-resolution.
