The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District maintains effective wastewater and stormwater management to Northeast Ohio. The Watersheds Budget – GIS Department is tasked with maintaining Impervious Area, Stormwater Billing, and other GIS Support for the District area. Duties as a GIS Paraprofessional Intern included:• Analyze and develop District-wide Impervious Surface Area data by community using ArcGIS and aerial imagery• Provide detailed status reports on quantity of changes• Perform Data Analysis, QA-QC analysis according to set procedures using ArcGIS Online, SDE workspace environments and geodatabases, and versioned editing.• Perform data research to support QA-QC analysis through county Parcel / Auditor sites and Billing Agent systems• Perform data creation, analysis, and exhibit production through District requests• Develop products (maps and data) as requested• Develop Python scripts to aid analysisMoved into GIS Application Administration Support as a Paraprofessional Intern in September 2017 where I began supporting the lead GIS Application Administrator. My primary focus is currently on designing and implementing an ArcGIS Open Data site for the District, streamlining efficiency in ArcGIS Online, assist in testing and implementing GIS applications both on desktop as well as online. Assist with District Enterprise GIS updates. Participate in interdepartmental meetings to better ascertain business needs.

Perform land surveys, design in AutoCAD, and using QGIS to geocode current and historical work for archival and reference purposes.

Organize and update the conservation of the fossil specimen collections. This involves recording the species, type of specimen and elements, and other notes into an Excel spreadsheet as well as preserving the specimens through proper padding and containment. Work closely with the Collections Manager in order to preserve and provide for the Centennial Campaign in 2020.

Clean, acid bathe, and ash glassware. Prepare acid baths. Prepare samples for Ion Chromatography (IC) analyzation. Prepare soil samples to be fused within a muffle furnace, and prepare for IC analyzation. Run standards through IC. Maintain laboratory. Record all actions taken when preparing samples and methods used.

Served as an Ambassador between the students and the faculty. Also provided Mathematical knowledge towards the P.A.S.S. Math Center as a tutor. Worked in the Library, and various other fill-in positions.
