I founded Agile Roadmap, a consultancy that provides agile coaching, training, and consulting services to mature enterprises and enthusiastic startup cultures being born on Agile. My mission is to enable and empower teams and leaders to deliver value to their customers and stakeholders, using lean flow and iterative Agile practices. I have worked with clients such as Morgan Stanley, John Deere, UBS, and Five Below, facilitating agile transformations, scaling scrum, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.NOTABLE ACHIEVMENTS:• Spearheaded a program-level proof of concept transition plan for Wealth Management Americas (WMA) at a large financial services company, deploying a highly successful Kanban framework. This initiative was subsequently implemented across all nine WMA production support service lines in North America. Notably, the initial pilot phase resulted in a remarkable 60% reduction in development cycle time. This achievement was attributed to strategic measures such as value stream analysis, constraining work in progress (WIP) and enhancing stakeholder collaboration.• Sprint over Sprint team level predictability metrics stabilized and consistently raised above 85% from 0-50% after coaching, allowing teams to reliably meet commitments.• Introduction of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for a cloud-based services platform vertical organization that improved cross team alignment and focused delivery on tangible and measurable metrics like system availability, reduced mainframe usage, and adoption rate of new micro services implemented.• Mentored other coaches on process adoption, team structure, and quarterly planning techniques as part of the Wealth Management CoE goals and objectives initiatives.
