This was a new role in the Australian business that was created based on the success in other markets. The opportunity to provide more consultative selling based on expertise was in high demand. Before fulfilling this role, I helped to create, implement and roll out a new product to the market, Portfolio Insight. This saw around $1M of additional revenue.

Consulting with Global Businesses on improvements in processes and efficiencies for both customer and supplier life-cycle management.

Working with mid to large size businesses in understanding their credit process and policy and implementing the best tools to meet their corporate objectives.

Project Managing, implementing and training of our Credit Risk products across Europe.

Developing and supporting a number of product suites around access to D&B information across Europe.
