Hi! My name is Paul Stevenson and I am a Mortgage Agent who was born and raised in the Ottawa area. The experience of creating an award winning "Best New Brokerage in Canada" and leading a team of over 50 Mortgage Agents to successful careers in our industry, has helped me to have the knowledge to better advise my clients. I focus on assisting my clients to navigate the sometimes muddy waters of real estate financing. I specialize in residential real estate and work with over 40+ Canadian mortgage lenders. I have access to many different types of lenders including schedule A banks, B lenders, Mortgage Investment Corporations (MIC’s) and Private lenders. From there, I will get you pre-approved so you have a better idea as to exactly what your buying power is while out shopping with your realtor. Once you have found a property, I will then find the best lender with the best rates for you and I'll do all the paperwork. I am also a board member for The Agnes Zabali Boys and Girls Club (AZBGC), a non-profit organization in Kamengo, Uganda that helps children living in poverty remain in school and have the opportunity to reach their true and full potential.I have had the pleasure of visiting Uganda twice with my family as well as visiting France, Barbados, Colombia, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Dominican Republic and various parts of the United States. I have completed two half marathons, enjoy running and reading in my yard or at the cottage. I have a passion for life and can't wait to help you achieve your real estate goals together!
