I’ve been a part of what I call the “Skyward Family” for about 20 years now. I spent 17 years as a report writing manager, where my primary duties required me to work with both school districts and Skyward management to pull data for analysis and reporting purposes. I currently wear two different hats when I come to work each day, one as a scrum master and the other as recruiting lead. As a scrum master, I’ve worked to implement the scrum model in Skyward by creating teams and teaching them the principles and the agile framework we have adopted at Skyward. Along with being a scrum master, being the recruiting lead is a relatively recent position for me. This new and exciting role allows me to network with schools, attend job fairs, and share my passion with others. Seeing what were once prospects turn into dedicated and talented members of the Skyward community is incredibly exciting and rewarding to me.
