Validate.One of my proudest career accomplishments was re-platforming Staples EU, a massive effort that involved centralizing 19 countries that were on five different platforms into a single centralized codebase. We accomplished this transition in 18 months – earlier than the expected time frame and under budget. PROJECT IMPACT◈ Built the UX Team of practitioners from the ground up while driving new efficiency in the workflow management◈ Developed new digital products that drove a 17% conversion rate increase sitewide ◈ Raised our CSAT score from 54% to 83%_________Beyond the work we do at CDW, the way we work is equally important.
