Paul Rutherford has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry spanning over fifteen years. During this time he has been the manager of several large city centre gyms. This has enabled him to critically appraise the best and the worst aspects of fitness training.As someone who has always enjoyed helping people, he relishes one-to-one training, bringing together his sporting knowledge and his enjoyment of helping people.

Paul has over sixteen years of one-to-one coaching experience. and a wealth of practical knowledge combined with a passion for helping others to achieve their potential and his ability to establish a rapport with his clients that makes every training session an experience
