Developed and drove digitization strategy for GE Capital through the execution of growth and productivity initiatives. Completed 20 major digitization projects, yielding over $500M in new growth opportunities and $100M of cost reductions.

Leader of $200M direct-to-consumer extended warranty business that provided coverage on major appliances, consumer electronics and personal computers. Planned and executed complete restructuring of struggling unit by institutionalizing insurance industry best-practices, focusing on customer care performance metrics and improving overall risk management.

Based in Brussels, Belgium, co-developed, planned and executed a comprehensive business development strategy to gain market penetration for GE Appliances in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Developed and led a high-performance team responsible for product management, sourcing, industrial design, and marketing of all products in the region.

Designed, planned and started up PartsMaster, a do-it-yourself appliance replacement parts business extension, providing sales and margin growth by entering new B2C distribution channels. Grew to $4M of sales in the first year, with over 30% margin contribution. Built momentum and credibility of product line by landing large retail customers such as.

Optimized the microwave oven and air conditioner supply and import chain from partners in Japan, Singapore, Korea and Malaysia for the US market. Reduced entire cycle time from order placement to receipt of product by 75% (from 4 months to 4 weeks), which resulted in over $40M of one-time inventory savings, $8M of annual income benefits, and 15% higher.
