Building out the data and reporting infrastructure from the ground up using open-source Metabase, Python, and Clickhouse to provide real-time insights, funnels, and business KPIs understanding, customer journey map, and metrics tree design.Cultivation of data-informed culture in a newly created development team, assistance in sub-products prioritization.Design and A/B experiments interpretation for our multiple applications in different categories.

Responsibilities:- audience quantitative researches and product hypotheses discovery with the use of ML algorithms funnels modeling and A/B-testing;- two brands’ product teams (mobile apps and websites) analytical support: ad-hoc, BI-tools, CJM, metrics trees, and split-testing from design up to the decision and proposed solution;- analysis of user's online activity from acquisition to reactivation;- looking for product growth points and features valuation for product backlog prioritization;- building up data usage expertise in related teams, and designing separate data warehouse blocks.

Responsibilities:- creating predictive ML-models (regressions, time-series on clusters) for sales KPIs and representatives' performance to support demand planning and sales teams;- assessment of existing marketing activities impact on business key metrics;- development of a new discount system based on clients’ behavioral pattern's clustering (aglomerative, DBSCAN, k-means);- implementation of BI (Tableau) to monitor campaigns performance.Achievements:- new discount system increase average order value for up to 17.2% and promoted productive sales behavior;- implemented algorithm for post-evaluation of marketing activities and impact on sales, that helped to reduce assessment time.
