I worked with the District Attorney's office through the excellent Summer Externship program provided by the University of Alabama School of Law and run by Professors Emens and Judge Bostick. This experience provided the opportunity to assist in trial preparations, organize, analyze and evaluate evidence, and write legal briefs on issues raised during two murder trials. I also had the opportunity to observe grand jury proceedings, hearings, drug & mental health court dockets, police and district attorney coordinating meetings, and plea bargain negotiations.

Worked on power & telecom optimization projects and website design for medium to large sized companies and government entities. Helped develop an application for automobile tags, business licenses, and boat registration for multiple counties in Alabama.
