As president of this firm, we have advised hundreds of clients and I have personally led major engagements domestically and globally including: strategy – product, market, and business planning; tactical performance and profitability improvement; and governance and management development. Our clients range from community, to mid-tier banks as well as the worlds largest banks. We are leading consultant to the Fintech industry on business and technology strategies related to banking solutions. I am frequently featured as a speaker at industry events, addressing diverse topics such as innovation, transformation, disruption, systems modernization, merger & acquisition, channel development and bank strategies. I have written numerous articles for publication and maintains an active agenda focused on bank strategies and the future of banking.
