The focus of my career has been maximizing the effectiveness of a business plan by developing teams and individuals therein. To date, I have lead 700+ employees, from interns to senior leaders and have advised many business owners to help them meet their goals. For 8 years, I was the Chief Executive of Organizational Development, Human Resources and Continuous Improvement at EMTEQ. I created systems, processes, tools and in-house training to develop the talent that drove business plan achievement. As EMTEQ was growing, I assisted in creating the strategies, processes, and tools, such as the Single-Page Plan, to help the company get over its sticking points. These efforts, revolving around the execution of the Single-Page Plan, helped transform EMTEQ from a basement start-up to an international 100M business. Today, I am inspired to use this experience to give back to small and mid-sized businesses. I co-founded the executive advisory and investment firm, Unstuck Business Coaching, and serve as an adviser for our clients. The services we offer are based on those strategies that helped grow EMTEQ. I help my clients not only achieve growth, but also sustain it. To expand the reach of our services, we created the cloud-based product, the STUCK Breakthrough Strategies Platform. The Platform follows our process of assessing, creating, deploying, and executing the Single-Page Plan. Simply, the purpose behind the Platform is to help other businesses thrive by “getting everyone on the same page, with a Single-Page Plan”.
