He has served in the capacity of PDMG Technical Assistance Contractor and Client Liaison for FEMA Region II. Further, in his roles as Project Manager, he has performed as a Senior General Planner and Project Lead. Presently Paul is working as a Public Assistance Officer in support of the State of Alaska for Pre and Post-Obligation funding programs.His work with supporting FEMA under the Public Assistance Program includes the role of PDMG Technical Assistance Contractor / Client Liaison and Subject Matter Expert in COVID-19, and Medicare Billing and Accounting for FEMA Region II. Coupled with his support roles for FEMA Region II, he has also served on the Los Angeles County Health Department’s Committee on COVID-19 EMT Response.Paul is an integral part of Vanguard’s Rapid Deployment Team as first response support for FEMA’s Individual Assistance Program.
