In 2001, Paul began his commercial real estate career. He earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2004. Paul is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite group of 7,500 professionals across North America who have the CCIM designation. Paul resides in Peachtree City where he is a founding member of the Peachtree City Lions Club. Prior to his real estate career, Paul graduated from Georgia Tech in 1984 with a Bachelor in Aerospace Engineering. He practiced engineering for 10 years in designing and manufacturing jet engine components. Paul was then promoted into management and acquired ownership in the firm. The aerospace firm was acquired in 1998 and Paul was promoted to President of the facility. After several years of managing a public company, Paul chose to pursue a career change into commercial real estate.Specialties: Development, acquisition, disposition, syndication of commercial real estate assets including MOBs (Medical Office Buildings), office and industrial retail properties.
