Paul S. Dimick, Ph.D. is the General Manager of IntraMicron, Inc., an engineering technology development and manufacturing company that serves the energy, defense, chemicals, and aerospace sectors. Since joining IntraMicron 2010, Dr. Dimick has played a critical role in the development and commercialization of numerous technologies central to IntraMicron’s expansion activities. His current focus on the commercialization, business development, scaleup, and manufacturing for new and existing products. Dr. Dimick’s technical expertise includes catalysis, adsorption, material characterization, reactor design, process design, manufacturing process scaleup, process intensification, thermal management, desulfurization, and filtration. His technical contributions have resulted in 10 issued patents at IntraMicron. As General Manager, Dr. Dimick has overseen the implementation of several manufacturing process improvements and the procurement and setup of a new manufacturing and development facility as well as the implementation of an AS9100Rev C based Quality System, Manufacturing Resource Planning System, and an updated DCAA-compliant cost accounting system.
