Manages and provides leadership and direction for customer service, licensing, auditing, investigations functions for the Transportation Services section's eleven professional business licensing programs. The eleven programs consist of Vehicle/Vessel Manufacturers and Dealers, Registered Tow Trucks, Wreckers, Hulk Haulers, Scrap Processors, Transporters, Limousines, and Taxi/For Hire. Provide regulatory and policy development, and staff supervision, manage special projects assigned.
