About Paul Flack, Dmft, Lmft

Hello! Welcome to my About section! My areas of clinical expertise are substance use disorders, couples therapy, historical and acute trauma, and culture-specific adjustment issues. My academic areas of focus are cultural competence training, cultural adaptation of established clinical practices, and Marriage & Family Therapy training and supervision. I have provided workshops for Salt Lake area social service agencies regarding culturally appropriate practices, and presented at the Utah Association of Marriage & Family Therapy (UAMFT), UADVT, and the UCASA annual conferences. My academic experience includes teaching at Utah Valley University, Argosy University-Salt Lake City, and Northcentral University. I have been a Utah-approved MFT supervisor since 2007.
