Job placement service for small and mid-sized companies in south King County, WA. This started as a temporary job and within 6 months I was managing the branch. I managed day-to-day operations and staff. I was able to grow key accounts from 5 to as high as 200 employees. To achieve this we hired 30-80 people per week so I estimate that in my time at Evergreen I placed over 1,000 people in jobs. To keep up with all of the hirings we had to do I created and implemented an orientation hiring process that improved the hiring process time by nearly 50%.
