Working in the Commercial, Policy, Governance and Assurance team ensuring value for money through compliant and accessible procurement processes.

I am responsible to drive increased sales through empowering and developing a team of managers to further both develop themselves and their teams by coaching and mentoring. Bringing a team together to work consistently, collectively offer an unrivalled customer experience.

I'm responsible for the operational side of the store. This covers everything from stock movements in and out of the store, Health and safety, stocktaking, replenishment, sales analysis, profit and loss and maintenance.I liaise with a number 3rd parties to ensure both compliance with department for transport, HMRC and health and safety.I also work closely with the airport to improve passenger engagement and improve the customer journey through Bristol Airport

To ensure the company mitigates risks effectively, provides independant corporate audit and assurance of acceptable levels of control. Work with Retail team to improve sales through minimising losses.Writing Store and Support centre procedures and maintaining a company procedures intranet.

To support stores in reducing loss and improving controls. This involved training and developing new procedures

To ensure the sucessful integration of 12 stores into House of Fraser so that minimal losses were incurred, systems were implemented and training was completed.

Running the Non Selling Operations of the store including Customer Services, Cash Office, HR, Furniture Office, Loading Bay, Maintenance and Store Secretary.
