Comprising of Loot Ltd, The Color Company, Wren Press, Irish Post, Lewis Direct Mail and FreeAd Mart the DownDaniel Group is a fast growing media, marketing and print business growing both organically and through acquisition. As CIO for the group I am responsible for the groups IT infrastructure, IT development, web sites as well as its classified newspaper production and finance accounting processes. With a vast array of technologies both old and new, acquired through the many acquisitions and with some 200 staff to support the role calls on all my experience gained over the past 25 years, on a daily basis. Whilst working to consolidate the groups existing IT infrastructure and processes I am also constantly looking at introducing new technologies to both improve efficiencies and introduce new revenue streams throughout the group.

Following three years at Broadgate building the SAP side of the business we have achieved great success and have expanded the team significantly. Following this expansion I have taken on the role of Implementation manager managing a team of experienced SAP imlementation consultant and support staff. My own experience as a SAP Business One Implementation consultant helps us focus on providing the customer with the complete resource for implemting their new SAP Business One product. Pre-Sale support to help in making the decision to getting the right software for their needs. Business analysis of their companies systems so to enable them to get the most of their new system.
