I am currently supporting Tonal Systems, Inc. in transactions for all operating departments of the company. I’ve closed significant agreements with various agencies for upcoming fall and winter marketing campaigns for on-line, video and print media. I closed a significant agreement for a key vendor providing call center support. I closed agreements for sweepstakes and other promotional activities.

I am providing technology transaction advice for the procurement team at Toshiba International Corporation. The procurement team is responsible for securing a complex supply chain that supports Toshiba's manufacturing of industrial products in a diverse amount of industries ranging from oil and gas, utilities, agribusiness, datacenters, medical, EV's, HVAC to pharmaceutical and datacenters. I drafted a new, modular procurement agreement template and playbooks that would fit the procurement of diverse components in numerous circumstances. I educated a team of professionals (Attorneys and Supply Chain Specialists) on the new templates, playbooks and the finer nuances and subtleties on procurement contracts along with updated methodologies in expressing concepts in drafting.
