Leading the ongoing initiative to integrate Private Radiology Clinics with the Provincial PACS system. Carried out extensive research as part of a feasibility study. Identified various approaches to achieving the objective. Developed a solution design suitable for business needs whilst utilizing available technology. Currently working with first partner in a pilot integration.

Since February 2014 serving within the Medical Imaging Program. Involved in PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) 4.4 upgrade, RQHR RIS implementation, PNRHA new sites and Mayfair integration projects. PACS Technical Lead responsible for providing support of the Provincial Philips Intellispace PACS system and support of the Provincial Cerner Millennium based RIS system. Previously (July 2012 - Feb 2014) served as Technical Lead for WinCIS ADT (Admit, Discharge, and Transfer) system serving 10 of Saskatchewan’s RHAs). Implemented many service improvements; Upgraded hardware, middleware, databases and applications and successfully resolved many long-standing performance and availability issues through application architecture change. Proactively improved performance and availability of the solution and ensured that service tickets were resolved within SLA. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of documentation and training team members to have sufficient technical skills. Successfully implemented WinCIS into 4 new facilities either migrating from legacy ADT systems or from paper-based processes. Provided support for the Lab SCC (LIS) system and have had exposure to many more of the supported clinical applications during on-call periods/patching. Cooperated with the Server team to Implement new proactive application and infrastructure monitoring for a variety of critical services provided by eHealth Saskatchewan using CA Spectrum & Spunk.

Responsible for managing a team of 10 IT Professionals providing solution support for Supply Chain applications - primarily DHL’s Prologs WMS. Service Owner with accountability for achieving and reporting SLA target levels for over 100 production services (both E2E and hosting) and continual service improvement using ITIL based processes - Incident, Recovery, Problem, Change, and Capacity Management. Responsible for liaising and providing consultancy to Project and Program Managers to ensure the successful RTP of new solutions and provision of project resources. Created and maintained Support Models and their related SLA’s. Single point of contact and escalation point for customers and suppliers (both external and internal).

Principle technical expert for Prologs WMS systems for ITS Europe. Responsible for troubleshooting issues, service improvements, development of proactive monitoring, reporting, building of new solutions, ensuring knowledge-sharing and training in the technical team, development of documentation, and technical consultancy. Ensured that performance and availability of systems met customer requirements. Lead a small team of technicians. Awarded IT Services Employee Of The Year for period 2007-2008
