Initially onboarding new customers implementing the system within their business and working with them to specify new developments. Later moving into more of a development and developer relations position, working with the CEO/CTO on API design and providing API sample code, libraries and support to implementers. Part of a team working with leading Online Travel Agents to put in place the foundations that would bring online distribution of the Tours & Activities industry to fruition.
