Originally I was on the other side of the fence, using temporary labour to supplement my permanent workforce, but that was over 20 years ago.In recruitment I have worked for both independent and global recruiters most recently helping to steer one of the leading independent, Private Equity owned recruitment companies to sale. That sale brought me back to another truly global player The Gi Group which is based in Milan Italy. After many happy years at Gi Group I had a unique opportunity to join Nicholas Associates as Group CEO to take some iconic UK brands on the next phase of their journey - I am truly privileged to join some great people that make up this family.
