Relationship Manager - Fiserv
Current• Client portfolio consists of several Community Banks with combined Total Assets of $10B+.• Accountable for growing revenues and maintaining high client satisfaction for community bank clients located throughout the U.S. by selling additional products and services primarily related to Fiserv’s core banking platforms Cleartouch® and Precision® and, other products such as Bill Pay, Cards, Zelle®, etc.• Accountable for Renewing Contractual Agreements with clients for 5 to 7-year terms.• Responsible for leveraging Fiserv’s extensive partner network of 3rd party Fin Techs to sell specialized products (e.g. loan origination, analytics, AML/Fraud).• Responsible for sales activities such as Internal Sales Reviews, Client Calls/Meetings, Client Strategy Sessions, Lead Generation, RFPs, Sales Presentations, Product Demos, Proposal Development, Pricing Reviews, Negotiations, Contracting, Salesforce CRM, etc.
