As an inclusive education leader who champions inclusive education for all, I care passionately that all children, and especially those who are vulnerable, disadvantaged and those who have special educational needs, receive exceptional, safe, and inclusive educational opportunities to be happy and successful, and to achieve well to secure their life chances. Over 30 years, I have enjoyed working with some of the most inspiring global educators across the international school community in a wide range of education settings, learning about their unique talents, values, and cultural perspectives. I have enjoyed building, leading, and empowering individuals and teams through nurturing and building strategic partnerships to deliver exceptional education services to children. My strategic capabilities extend to growing partnerships for delivering rapid and system-wide transformation in delivering to public, charitable, commercial and or economic goals for prosperity and advancement. As a lifelong business educator, I bring unique perspectives in my work, and routinely prove a combination of public and servant leadership with political and commercial acumen to the organisations I work with. It is my lifelong mission to ensure every child and young person’s education journey is inclusive and of the highest in quality so they can achieve exceptional outcomes and success in preparation for life. A lifelong learner, Fellow of the Royal Society or Arts and now doctoral candidate researcher of education (Ed. D), I enjoy a career long interest in the role of entrepreneurship in education leadership, and the personality theory and traits of the most effective education leaders across the globe. The impact of culture and context in their personal narrative and their drive for high impact and performance in their schools, school systems and policies fascinate me.
