I served new students from developed partnerships; and worked daily to build partnerships with other like-minded institutions from churches, colleges, and training/discipleship programs and camps to form mutually beneficial partnerships, which would allow students of those organizations to utilize their time, money and effort there toward an accredited degree at DBU with dedicated scholarships and tremendous resources. I met and exceeded enrollment objectives continuously, and set many enrollment records and partnership break-throughs that stand to this day. This was a true passion of mine, as I was able to serve others in a meaningful way and grow my own skills and leadership abilities. I served as a team leader, and oversaw a tremendously successful social media channel and marketing campaign. My team and I also worked closely with colleges and their students to make the transition easier by helping to provide guidance, ways of finding scholarships and other funds for school, and helping with every other aspect of the enrollment process.

I served as a children's pastor and worship pastor at Reconciliation Outreach and Reconciliation Church. I was responsible for staff development, training, leadership; state minimum standards compliance; pre-k through 12th grade student mentoring, tutoring, and general care; summer camp planning and coordination; public speaking; science and faith education; fundraising and grant proposal preparation and submission.

I work with corporate, or working, students to provide an added layer of service in their experience at DBU. I will meet a student when and where it is best for them. I can bring their textbooks, parking sticker, and just about any other need they may have regarding preparing and proceeding with their degree plan to set them up for success in their educational goals without distracting them from their corporate commitments.

I managed a small staff and a large group of children during a facility expansion project in which we raised funds and built a community center in the middle of Old East Dallas. My personal ambition was to reach full compliance with all state minimum standards to protect the children and the organization. I also enjoyed planning and carrying out successful fundraising projects and staff training.

I worked for 3 years in the Dallas/Fort Worth region of Texas and then 2 years as the Out-of-State recruiter. I enjoyed meeting traditional age students and parents to help them make their decisions in selecting a college, and then how to accomplish their goals on campus.
