After 15 years of leading teams at supervisory levels, whilst organising events in my spare time, I made the jump into working in music full time. I manage a team of 8 who have taken a small, almost unknown, music venue into a very popular events space, and from there oversaw the launch of a secondary business, promoting events nationally.Written and oral communication has always been imperative, and I use my people skills and positivity to bring out the best in all employees, making even the most inexperienced person successful. I've implemented various company wide policies to ensure the business is competing at the highest possible level within an ever changing climate. Over the past 2 years my focus has been more on Human Resources, Data Analysis and Project Management, working closely alongside the CEO.
