I was on contract and often worked alone, worked with the engineering team, and the executive team. I headed up all creative, design, development, marketing, branding and online strategies for RoundBuzz. I also overseen the UI and UX design of the RoundBuzz platform. My ability to solve business problems with creative solutions helped RoundBuzz evolve over the two years I worked with them.About RoundBuzz:RoundBuzz is an innovator in location-based mobile marketing and a pioneer in location “Text Check-ins”. Our service uniquely combines location with text messaging to create a whole new way of thinking about mobile marketing. The RoundBuzz solution is a cloud based self-service marketing platform that allows business owners to create, launch, and monitor powerful location enabled interactive marketing campaigns easily and intuitively.

Helped develop a further depth to Micromass’s interactive capabilities. Worked alone and as a team on projects. Projects included usability designs for mobile apps, websites and banner advertising. 50% of time was on visual design and concepting the other 50% was spent in interaction design and UX. Self managed projects from start to finish also tasked in developing the interactive process for Micromass. Additionally, worked close with the developers on projects and developed various small projects.

Designed interactions and visual designs directed by Creative Directors and Art Directors for national level and global clients. Worked alone and as a team on projects. Projects included usability designs for mobile apps, websites and banner advertising. 50% of time was on visual design and concepting the other 50% was spent in interaction design and UX. Also tasked with teaching traditional designers how to design for interactive. Additionally, worked close with the lead developers on projects.

Worked directly with the EVP Interactive Creative Director. Mentored and managed several individuals directly who went to work for companies like Apple. Developed the interactive process at Doner Advertising that is still used today.
