CurrentOversees client generated service and support requests, ensuring timely delivery and resolution to the customers; reviews support requests on a regular basis and provides constructive feedback to staff as well as make recommendations to management for any possible improvements to processes and procedures; supports the deployment of hardware, software, service, and maintenance of all information technology devices; plans and participates in the research, analysis, selection, and implementation of new tools, technologies, and services; provides guidance and support to team members in resolving customer and internal support issues; manages employee scheduling and payroll and ensures facility is appropriately staffed on a 24-hour basis, 365 days a year; acts as a liaison between senior management and technical staff, appropriately managing information flow for HR, policies and procedures, and other issues; coordinates, compiles, and maintains annual SOC2, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA compliance control measures; ensures that the organization and its employees/clients adhere to the guidelines set forth by compliance standards; furthers the business mindset with the implementation of fully planned and developed projects utilizing various Project Management solutions and systems to achieve success for the organization and clients.
