About Steven Paulson

My name is Steven Paulson and I am currently operating in the Information Technology (IT) field as their Director of Operations. As the Director of Operations, it is my responsibility to ensure that our Data Center and remote sites are maintained to the highest of standards. Along with that, I am also the lead Project Manager, Compliance Officer, Accounts Receivable Manager, and Human Resources Manager.I have 14 years of experience in the military with expertise in training, leading, and supervising personnel. My strengths are tactical and technical knowledge, adaptability, and attention to detail. I am also very disciplined, dedicated, and determined in accomplishing tasks as they are provided and in a timely manner. As with being in the military, there comes a great sense of pride and dedication and those same qualities have followed me into the transition towards the civilian sector. Whether it is a simple task such as creating a spreadsheet to a major production within the company, all of my effort and time is put towards accomplishing that task in the most expeditious and professional manner. Not only has the military instilled values of discipline, integrity, moral, and ethical decision making but it has provided a wealth of experience that is just waiting to be incorporated into working with a corporation and becoming a successful co-worker along with my seniors and peers.
