Having only a couple of SalesForce developers, the newly appointed CTO required a software delivery consultant to come on board and build a .NET practice within Prospa. As a Senior Consultant I worked on projects for various coroprate clients, including BNP Paribas, Coates Hire, Optus and The Weather Channel and AMP.At various stages I was responsible for Team Leadership, Architecture and Software Design, Implementation, Business Analysis and Data Architecture. This was across a number of projects, including Business Intelligence projects, Integration projects (including integration with ERP and CRM systems) and front-end (mainly internal) web development.

Contracted by Wardy IT to provide professional SSIS consultancy to the end client (NSW Health), I was tasked with quickly understanding the vertical in order to maximise the value I could deliver on this project.As one of the largest data warehousing projects I have encountered, warehousing all patient records from every public hospiltal in NSW, the level of complexity due to the breadth of data and the nature of business requirements was extremely challenging.Being adapt at understanding complex issues however, I was able to understand and translate the business requirements into technical assets very quickly.At the same time I was tasked with assiting existing project members to upskill their SSIS and T-SQL capabilities which I found to be tremendously rewarding.The project was successfully delivered to specification and was only marginally behind schedule (circa 1 week in a 9 month project).

As a consultant Enterprise Architect at Aussiepay, I was responsible for the design, development and delivery of a new but complex software asset to integrate with existing business systems. This invloved all aspects of the SDLC, including architecture design, team leadership, implementation and delivery.

Code Red Solutions was engaged by Seven Network to fullfill a niche technical requirement for two bespoke IT business systems projects.As a Windows Workflow specialist I assisted in the architectural design and the development of two new key systems, "Performance Review" and "Leave Application".Having existed previously as manual processes, these vital business processes needed to become more efficient. Both having complex interactions Windows Workflow was chosen as the vehicle to supply the business logic of the solutions. This required not only the core deliverable of a Windows Workflow component but also necessitated integration if the data into SQL Server.With extremely tight deadlines Code Red is pleased to have delivered the solutions. Feedback from Seven Network employees is that the projects were highly sucessful, particularly the "Performance Review" project which revolutionised the old paper-based system and enabled both managers and reportees to concentrate on the process rather than the paperwork.
