My “niche” is developing and growing consumer facing sectors. Working with existing businesses to review, plan and then implement structured, sustainable growth.My early career has given me a firm operations foundation onto which, through learning and experience, I have developed skills in marketing, sales, contracts, business structures and much more, working with disruptive, innovating business models.Three of my proudest achievements to date:• Developing a 6 site retail pharmacy franchise, into a 65 site Irish national network, in a new symbol group structure.
