I am a lawyer, entrepreneur and business leader with experience starting and managing new companies. I launched my corporate & business law firm in December 2013, in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. I focus on helping entrepreneurs, startups, and small to mid-size businesses with their business law and transactional needs.Many of my clients are early-stage startups. I help these clients form a business entity - either a corporation or an LLC - and then help them throughout their lifecycle. I assist with developing contracts for use in their business, seed financings to give them the capital to grow, and a variety of other needs. Perhaps the most valuable service I can offer my clients is perspective. For many of these clients, when they encounter a problem, they are seeing it for the first time. They don't realize how common it is, or that many businesses go through the same issues. As counsel to a variety of companies in many different industries, however, I see the same issues pop up time and again. I have the experience to solve these issues for my clients, and to help them avoid the problem in the first place.
