Overseeing the daily running of the company by implementing new design and sale procedures. Helping the design team achieve targets and create an enjoyable working environment.

Joining as Design Assistant to the Senior Designer, for the first two years my responsibility was to liaise with clients/builders and perform site surveys along with detailed installation drawings using the computer software programme Compusoft Winner. In 2016 I gained promotion to Senior Designer, taking on the overall projects from the initial brief with the client right through to the complete final installation sign off meeting on-site. Key responsibilities include performing weekly lead analysis reports. Delegating and distributing workload to the Junior Designer and providing on the job training. Ordering and checking furniture confirmations before they go in to manufacture. Project Management including regular client updates, constant communications between all the suppliers and trades, ensuring the project deadlines are met. Providing content for all social media platforms and introducing ideas like 'Transformation Tuesday' and 'Throwback Thursday' to showcase our old and new projects. We also featured in the '25 Beautiful Homes' magazine, June 2018. We have built up a fantastic HOUZZ account with over 35+ professionally photographed projects and over 30+ 5* reviews, winning a 'Best of HOUZZ 2019' service badge for our continued outstanding customer service.

Leading the design team, working aloingside the Creative Director and Branding Director on one off experimental design projects. From initial concept ideas right through to on site project handover. Focusing on Retail. Food. Leisure and lots more in between. Particular highlights are the 'Baurfiend' flag ship store in L.A Santa Monica. Where we had to incorporate two high specification physio rooms and also the latest in fott measuring systems, that seamlessly linked in with the fantatsic reatil offer. Which was named the 'Winner of the Calibre Awards International Interior Design 2012'. Along with 'Purple Dragon' an extemely high end, state of the art childrens exclusive membership club in Chelsea. Imagine 'Mr Magoriums Wonder Emporuim' but on a larger scale. Which had a featured article in 'Harpers Bazaar Magazine' October 2011.

Impressing whilst on work experience, i was offered a full time riole. Quickly establishing fantatsic rapparts with clients. With in six months I was appointed Design Account Manager for our 'Lloyds Pharmacy' account. We succesfully completed 100+ Pharmacy's over two years, including all shop front planning applications and full working drawings, floor plans and M&E drawings on AutoCAD. Epoc later merged to form KeenAnd Able.

Started as a part time job whilst I attended college, giving me the perfect opportunity to see how to balance my time with learning and working. Staff Trainer - Promoted to Staff Trainer within six months, teaching new recruits the procedures and expectations of working for the company.Floor Manager - After completing my degree, to gain full-time employment experience was key and therefore I decided to stay on a full-time basis, whilst being trained as a Floor Manager. Dealing with customer complaints, staff issues and cashing up of the tills at the end of the day. Gave me a great 1st year in fulltime employment, experiences that i'm still drawing from today.
