Administrative Analyst
CurrentI perform high quality work and have always held myself to a higher standard than my manager or supervisor. While I have many unique and impactful experiences from this position that I could share, I am more proud of my participation in the workplace outside of the standard expectations of the job.Voluntary/optional work activities (division level): TIC committee (2 years), Equity Committee (2 years), Participated in developing Strategic Plan (3 months), Equity Strategic Lens (3 months), BH Core Division Equity Team (current). During the COVID pandemic, I participated in QA for COVID Mass Testing events hosted by Lane County and became the primary person providing daily resupply runs to COVID respite sites being maintained by Lane County.One of my favorite experiences so far working for Lane County has been participation in the Emerging Leaders program, designed to prepare individuals for leadership. I love Lane County, OR, and a large part of my connection to this place stems from things I've learned about Lane County itself - not just Lane County Government - through the Emerging Leaders program.I regularly receive the highest marks available in multiple areas of annual reviews, and I am confident that any prior supervisor will speak highly of my skills on the job and my professionalism. But what I'm most proud of is what I bring to the team outside of the day in, day out expectations that anyone brings who "meets the minimum requirements" of the job.
